FEELDS Program Manager
Roberta Gruber
Roberta Gruber is the Program Manager at FEELDS, a role she has held since the program's birth in 2001. She worked for the California Farm Bureau helping farm employers from 1990-2000. She is a graduate of Linfield College, holds professional certification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

FEELDS Program Administrator
Greg Addington
Greg Addington, the Executive Director of Oregon Farm Bureau is also the FEELDS Program Administrator, responsible for the nitty gritty of the FEELDS program's success.
